Demolition began last week on the 4500 sf home located at 403 Savoy Street . This huge 1/2 acre plus lot will be the site for the gorgeous new home of Lori and Tom Shirley. The home will be built by Jason Pierce (Pierce Built Homes).
It was muddy today when the photos were taken so these pictures taken from the street don't show the incredible breathtaking view down Lake Venice.
The Shirleys won't be the first to move from one home in Venetian to another.
The neighborhood and lakes are so remarkable that once you live here it is hard to imagine living anywhere else!
